We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our store are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused, and unassembled condition (for miniatures)
• In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
• Return requested within 15 days of receipt

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return once opened:

• Books, rulebooks, and card decks
• Opened or assembled collectible miniatures
• Downloadable content and digital products

Defective items in these categories should be reported immediately for assistance.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and item details
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
