Just as you meticulously plan your tabletop strategies, we’ve crafted our Shipping and Returns policies to ensure your acquisitions arrive promptly and meet your highest tactical standards. Should any item fall short of expectations, our clear procedures will guide you through a smooth resolution.

Shipping Policy: Deploying Your Gear

We strive to process and dispatch all orders from our HQ within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, your journey to receiving your gear begins. We offer two primary shipping methods to arm commanders across the globe (excluding Asia and some remote regions):

Returns & Exchanges: Regrouping Your Forces

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. However, we understand that sometimes a piece of gear isn’t the right fit for your arsenal.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• In its original, unused, and unassembled condition (for miniatures).
• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (your order number).
• Requested within 15 days of you receiving the order.

The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Maneuver

Follow this battle plan to initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact High Command: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the item.
2. Receive Your RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
4. Inspection & Processing: Once received at our HQ, we will inspect the item and process your request within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Final Deployment

To maintain the integrity and value of certain products, the following are not eligible for return or exchange once opened:

• Books and Decks: All books, rulebooks, and card decks (e.g., from our “Crown of Fangs,” “Books and Decks,” or general “Card Game” categories).
• Collectible Miniatures: Any opened or assembled miniatures (e.g., from “Combined Army,” “Ariadna,” “Bayou,” or “Collectible Miniatures” sets).
• Downloadable Content: All digital products or codes are final sale.

Reimbursement: Resupplying Your Credits

Upon approval of your return:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process them, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error (defective/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
