- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and to maintain integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Books and Decks: Due to copyright and potential misuse, all books, rulebooks, and card decks (e.g., from “Crown of Fangs” or “Card Game” categories) cannot be returned once opened.
- Collectible Miniatures: Opened or assembled miniatures (e.g., from “Combined Army,” “Ariadna,” or “Bayou” sets) are non-returnable to preserve their collectible value.
