Endowed with a tactical police branch, Bureau Aegis, O-12 is the arbiter, judge, and jury of the Human Sphere. Its mission is to protect the whole of humanity and strive for its stability and progress. This is not an easy job and O-12 knows it, but it will never give up, much to the chagrin of some powers in the Human Sphere.
