A: We deploy all orders from our headquarters at 1165 Junior Avenue, Duluth, US 30097. We ship globally! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and very remote regions. If you are unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): For commanders who need their gear fast. We use DHL or FedEx for delivery within 10-15 days after your order leaves our warehouse.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free worldwide shipping via EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 days after shipment. Perfect for larger army boxes and bulk orders!

A: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. During peak times (new releases, holidays), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated on any delays.

A: We treat your miniatures like the works of art and strategy they are. Every order is packed with care using reinforced boxes, bubble wrap, and other protective materials to ensure it arrives at your doorstep ready for the tabletop.
